Vibe Media is the official artist facilitator managing direct bookings, technical riders, stage production, sound engineering and commercial contracts across Pakistan and internationally. A booking agent introduces you to a name and steps back. A facilitator stays on the job until the last song.

What does a wedding artist facilitator actually do?
We book the artist directly, then run everything the performance needs: the technical stage rider, sound and backline, the artist’s travel and hospitality, and the commercial contract. You deal with one team and one agreement instead of chasing a manager, a sound company and a stage crew separately.
How much does it cost to book a singer for a wedding in Pakistan?
It depends on the artist, the date and the production around them. A qawwali ensemble for a Mehndi sits in a very different range from a mainstream headliner on a Barat. Tell us your budget and we will say honestly which names are realistic rather than quoting a number we cannot hold.
How far in advance should we book a wedding artist?
For December and January wedding dates in Pakistan, three to four months is comfortable and the best-known artists go earlier than that. We can still work at short notice, but the shortlist gets smaller.
Do you arrange the sound system as well as the artist?
Yes. The rider is ours to execute. We either bring the sound, lighting and backline ourselves or audit what your venue already has and fill the gaps, so nobody discovers a missing monitor on the night.
Can you book Pakistani artists for a wedding abroad?
Yes. We regularly send artists to Dubai, the UK, the United States, Canada and Australia, and we handle the artist’s travel, paperwork and on-ground requirements with your local venue or planner.

We are based in Lake City, Lahore and work across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Bahawalpur and Quetta, including destination weddings at venues outside the main cities.
